The "HARB" makes recommendations for a "Certificate of Appropriateness" for exterior design elements for properties in our two Historic Districts, listed below. **Please note that the map below has an error in the Dilworthtown Historic District, and should include the following address: 240 Brinton's Bridge Road (the township is working on an update to the map).

If you plan on making exterior modifications to a building in the Historic Districts or if you wish to install a Sign, please submit an Application for Certificate of Appropriateness. Applications need to be received at the Township Building ten (10) business days before the scheduled hearing date. (1) Electronic Copy and (7) Hardcopies must be submitted.
