Notice is hereby given that Chadds Ford Township is accepting sealed proposals for Lawn Care Services for Township-owned properties. The Bid Specifications for Lawn Care Services may be obtained on the Township website at www.chaddsfordpa.gov or at the Township Building during regular business hours.
Sealed bids will be accepted at the Township Building during regular business hours: Monday, Wednesday, and Friday from 8:00 AM to 1:00 PM, and Tuesday and Thursday from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM, excluding holidays. Sealed bids must be received no later than 1:00 PM on April 15, 2026.
Bids will be publicly opened and read aloud at a public meeting on April 15, 2026, at 1:30 PM. The contract is anticipated to be awarded to the lowest responsible bidder at the Board of Supervisors Meeting on Wednesday, April 22, 2026.
