Lane Closures on 202 between Baltimore Pike and Hillman Drive

The Pennsylvania Department of Transportation (PennDOT) announced today that stormwater improvements are planned next week on southbound U.S. 202 (Wilmington Pike) in Chadds Ford and Concord townships, Delaware County, under a $14.9 million project to upgrade stormwater management facilities on more than 90 state highways across the five-county Philadelphia region.

Motorists are advised of the following travel restriction:

• Monday, May 6, through Friday, May 10, from 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM, alternating lane closures are scheduled on southbound U.S. 202 (Wilmington Pike) between U.S. 1 (Baltimore Pike) and Hillman Drive.

Drivers are advised to allow extra time when traveling through the work area because backups and delays will occur. The schedule is weather dependent.
