The former Girl Scout Camp is 58.947 acres and located off Heyburn Road. Nestled among rolling hills, the preserve offers tranquil open spaces that provide a peaceful retreat for outdoor enthusiasts. It is a valued community asset, aimed at enhancing conservation efforts and offering residents a place to enjoy hiking, wildlife observation, and the beauty of the local landscape. The township is currently exploring plans to reinstate the Girl Scout Camp trails while maintaining the natural integrity of the preserve.
