The Township has received a sketch plan application for a proposed Sheetz convenience store at 1201 Wilmington Pike (Parcel No. 04-00-10349-00), located in the PBC-1 Zoning District. The site currently contains existing bank and restaurant buildings. The proposal includes a convenience store with made-to-order food and beverages, limited indoor and outdoor seating, two mobile order pick-up windows (no drive-through ordering), and six gasoline pumps. The sketch plan is for conceptual review only and does not represent an approval.
