The applicant is proposing to subdivide the existing 4.375-acre property, located at 438 Webb Road, into two (2) separate lots in order to create a new 2.010-acre lot to be used for the construction of a new single-family detached dwelling. The applicant is proposing to construct a single-family residence and shared driveway which will connect to the existing single-family dwelling and driveway on Lot 1. Stormwater management will be accomplished through the use of an Infiltration BMP to be located on Lot 2, and an Infiltration trench along a portion of the Lot 2 driveway. The application proposes on-lot well and on-lot septic.
